Turn Key Virtual Office

Our Basic virtual office subscription includes unlimited use of our common areas as well as a floating cubicle. The boardroom is available on a first come, first served basis with one free use per month. Our boardroom includes a 60-inch monitor with a super high-speed Internet connection. We also have a Skype conference phone and high-quality camera enabling a quality audio-video conference call. Our Basic subscription also includes the use of our super high-speed wireless Internet connection, document services (such as printing, copying, and scanning) and your own private mailbox. Centrally Located

We have an absolutely central location: four blocks from Santa Monica City Hall, courts and civic center; two blocks from the beach; one-half block from the Third Street Promenade; and four blocks from the Expo light rail station. There is an award winning Equinox Health Club in our building as well as a US Bank branch. Many of the city’s best restaurants are within two blocks of our building.

Private and Secure

Edifice Suites is private and secure. There is 24 hour restricted elevator access to our floor. With a Platinum Subscription, our electronic key card and mechanical key provide you with 24-hour access to the suite. Neither our floor nor our suite is open or accessible to the public. We do not disclose the name of your company without your written permission unless otherwise required by law.
