First Class Executive Suite

Office tenants and co-working tenants are entitled to unlimited use of our common areas as well as a floating cubicle. The boardroom is available on a first come, first served basis. Our boardroom includes a 60-inch monitor with a super high-speed Internet connection and a Skype/Zoom conference phone. All tenants receive free document scanning, use of our super high-speed wireless Internet connection, and their own private mailbox. We have an absolutely central location: four blocks from Santa Monica City Hall, courts and civic center; two blocks from the beach; one-half block from the Third Street Promenade; and four blocks from the Expo light rail station. There is an award winning Equinox Health Club in our building. Many of the city’s best restaurants are within two blocks of our building.

Edifice Suites is private and secure. There is 24 hour restricted elevator access to our floor. Our electronic key card and mechanical key provide you with 24-hour access to the suite. Neither our floor nor our suite is open or accessible to the public. We do not disclose the name of your company without your written permission unless otherwise required by law.
